Intended for street mufflers that sit close to the floor of your vehicle, this shield/wrap product is made from 10 mm dimpled aluminum reinforced with 1/8” needle-glass insulation; this advanced combo can withstand direct heat up to 700°F. It’s easily trimmed to insulate nearly any size muffler and includes positive locking ties for a tight final fit. Once in place, it minimizes radiant heat to create a cooler interior and protect nearby components from secondary heat damage. DEI kit includes one 42” x 24” Muffler Shield, four 40” x 1/2” positive locking ties, and one locking tie tool.
